What we do

A menu board is only useful when it's right. Prices move, the soup changes, and the lunch special ends at two. We give you cloud software that runs the screens on your wall, so you update the menu from a browser instead of reprinting a board or climbing a ladder with a USB stick.

You can run one screen at a single cafe or dozens across a franchise group. Everything is managed from one place, and you can see which players are online without driving out to check.

What's included

One edit, every screen

Upload new prices, photos and specials to the cloud and they publish to your screens. Nobody has to be on-site. The software handles more than 25 media types, so your menu photos, short videos and promo graphics all play.

Schedules and playlists

Set the breakfast menu to switch to lunch at 11, and the happy hour board to appear at four. Build playlists that rotate menu items with promotions, then schedule them by screen, location or time of day.

Custom layouts

Pro includes two custom layout designs a year, and Enterprise includes four, so your menu looks like your restaurant rather than a template. We build each layout around your logo, colors and fonts. Need more? Extra layouts are available a la carte.

Monitoring and reports

Every cloud plan shows whether each player is up or down, so a dark screen doesn't go unnoticed through the lunch rush. Pro adds proof-of-play, impression and screen-uptime reports.

Approvals for multi-location groups

With Pro, a content-approval workflow lets a manager propose a change and someone at headquarters approve it before it goes live. Franchise owners keep the brand consistent without editing every board themselves.

Basic is $19.99 per screen per month. Cloud content management, scheduling, playlists, remote monitoring and business-hours support.

Pro is $29.99 per screen per month. Everything in Basic, plus reports, the Media Store, the approval workflow and two custom layouts a year.

Enterprise is quoted to fit. Adds live TV and IPTV feeds, multi-zone layouts, video walls, multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, 24x7 support with an SLA, and four custom layouts a year.
