Who bills the customer?

You do. You set your own retail price and invoice your customer. We invoice you monthly for the screens you run.

Who supports the customer?

You are their first call. We back you up with email support and we handle any issue with the platform itself.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no fee to apply and no minimum number of screens. You pay wholesale pricing for the screens you run.

Does the 20% apply to players?

No. The discount covers Basic and Pro cloud plans. Players and other hardware are priced separately, and we quote partner pricing on each order.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a short partner agreement. We send it after we talk, and you can read it before you sign anything.
