Adaptive IP Services, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. The personal information collected through this site is controlled by us, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. It does not govern data we process on behalf of our clients when delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, hosting, or signage services, that information is handled under the applicable customer agreement, data-processing addendum, or business associate agreement, and is subject to our clients' own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

We only have access to information you voluntarily give us. When you contact us or submit a form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. To do business with us, you may also provide contact and, where applicable, billing information, which is used to fulfill your orders or requests.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure automatically record limited technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and pages viewed, through server logs and cookies. This helps us keep the site secure and operating correctly. See “Cookies and Tracking” below for details on analytics cookies and how to opt out.

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information, such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, or health, biometric, or similar categories defined under state privacy laws, through this website.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, and to fulfill your request.
  • To communicate with you about services or an existing engagement, you may opt out of future contact at any time.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our websites.
  • To meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

Marketing emails. Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and you can opt out at any time using that link or by emailing or calling us; we honor opt-out requests within ten business days. We may still send non-marketing messages necessary for an active engagement, such as service, billing, or security notices.

How We Share Information

We will not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we will not share it with any third party outside our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Limited sharing occurs only:

  • With service providers that operate this site and support our business on our behalf, for example, website hosting and infrastructure, web analytics (such as Google Analytics), email and communications tools, and, where applicable, payment processing, who may use the information only to perform work for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal or safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Adaptive IP, our clients, or others.
  • In a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), with notice of any change in how your information is handled.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable law.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function and stay secure. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it; Google Analytics sets cookies and processes limited usage data, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, acting as our analytics provider. We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings (blocking some may affect how the site works) and can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Where applicable law requires it, we honor recognized browser- or device-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If we introduce advertising cookies or other tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent first.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to respond to you, support our business relationship, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. We process and store information in the United States.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information, both online and offline. Sensitive information you submit is encrypted in transit. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information, and the computers and servers on which we store it are kept in a secure environment.

No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

Your Rights and Choices

You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. By contacting us using the details below, you can at any time:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change or correct any data we have about you.
  • Ask us to delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights. To make a privacy request, email signs@adaptiveips.com or contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will acknowledge and respond to verifiable requests within 45 days; if we need more time, we will let you know and may extend by an additional 45 days as permitted by law. We will honor deletion requests except where we are required or permitted by law to retain information, for example, tax, accounting, billing, and transaction records. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and, for Texas residents, you may appeal by replying to our response. You may also use an authorized agent to submit opt-out or deletion requests on your behalf.

Legal Bases and International Visitors

Where required by law, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information: to take steps at your request and perform our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our website, responding to your inquiries, and communicating with business contacts about our services; your consent, where we ask for it (for example, for certain cookies); and compliance with our legal obligations.

Our website is operated from, and we process and store information in, the United States. If you access the site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data-protection laws, you may have additional rights, such as to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, or to data portability, and you may contact us using the details below to exercise them. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to protect it in accordance with applicable law.

Other Sites and Children’s Privacy

Our sites may link to other websites we do not operate, such as our client portal. This policy applies only to Adaptive IP sites; please review the privacy practices of any third-party site you visit.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.
