Basic includes general phone support during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central. Phone help on Basic is best effort. Optional hardware and services are priced separately. Pro can add Enterprise features a la carte, and Enterprise can add Enterprise Plus services a la carte. Turn one Windows or Ubuntu PC into a digital sign yourself. Adaptive Solo plays JPEG and PNG images full screen from a Google Drive or pCloud folder you already have, with no cloud sign-in and no monthly fee. Free 7-day trial, then $29.99 once (volume discounts available based on quantity), perpetual for that version, including one year of Maintenance (updates and support). Renewing Maintenance after that first year is $9.99 a year, optional, and it does not renew on its own.
The Windows installer is digitally signed by Adaptive IP Services, Inc. A new download can still draw a SmartScreen prompt; choose More info, then Run anyway.
