From signup to your first screen

  1. Start your trial. Name, email and company. No credit card.
  2. Get a player on your screen. On Starter, open the web player on a device you already have. On Basic or Pro you can also download a player above.On Windows you may see a blue screen that says Windows protected your PC. Click More info, check that the publisher reads Adaptive IP Services, Inc., then click Run anyway.Our software is digitally signed and trusted. New releases take a little time to build trust with Windows, so you may see this notice for now.
  3. Claim it. Go to portal.adaptivedigitalsigns.com and type the code the screen shows. Then schedule your first playlist.

After your trial, you choose a plan or your player pauses. No automatic charge. Starter is the web player only and is billed monthly. Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Annual billing runs about 10% less. Email support@adaptiveips.com for help. Basic replies within 3 to 5 business days; Pro the same day or the next business day. Basic also has general phone support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central). Questions

What is the difference between a player and a screen?

A player is what runs our software and plays your content. It can be a Windows or Ubuntu PC, an Android device, one of our player boxes, or a browser window if you use the web player. A screen is the TV or monitor you look at. Plans are priced per player, not per screen. Some players can drive more than one screen: our 2-Screen Player connects one or two displays, the 3-Screen Player three, and the 4-Screen Player up to four. The web player and the Android player each drive one screen.

Do I need a credit card?

No. Your trial starts with just your name, email and company.

What happens after 14 days?

Your trial pauses. We email you a button that takes you to the order form to activate your license. Please use the same email address you signed up with so we can link it to your trial.

Can I try more than once?

One trial per company. If you need another look, contact us and an Adaptive representative will review it.

Do I need a dedicated player?

No. Use the web browser player on a device you already have, an Android tablet, or a Windows or Linux computer. Hardware is not included.

What do I need to run it?

A screen and something to play on it: a Windows or Linux computer, an Android device, or any device with a web browser. The setup steps are in your account after signup.
