The “SAAS INTRODUCTION” signage solution includes the ability to update and manage player content via the online portal. Customer’s will also have access to all the user-friendly features including the slideshow app that allows you to control content via a dedicated folder using a cloud based provider (DropBox, Sync.com, Google OneDrive, Network Shared Folder, etc). Package Includes: Slide Show Signage App ($0.00) Online Portal Access ($49.99 per month) – no contract - billed monthly Proactive Monitoring Software upgrades and OS patching as needed DropBox Account Support: 8x5 – Online ticketing system and email support. Hardware Warranty: Unlimited as long as account is current You will be emailed a setup package questionnaire so we can setup your unit for day 1 operation. A SAAS signage player must be purchased to support this SAAS package.
SAAS INTRO – Month-to-Month (No Contract)
This is a subscription package only. You will need to provide your own signage player (hardware) or purchase one from our store.
Signage player will be preconfigured and associated with a DropBox account unless customer provides credentials and information to alternative storage solution. Once the SAAS INTRO package is purchased we will configure the associated player to register with our cloud solution.
The solution is plug-and-play so once the unit is received, simply connect the unit to the wired network, connect the unit to a TV or monitor and your unit will immediately begin to show predefined content.
WiFi can be preconfigured for customer's environment upon request.
